FAQ - I bought wrong module. Can I change it or get a refund?

If you purchased the wrong module and did not use it, you can contact the sales department no later than 2 weeks from the date of purchase at sale@bitbox.ru requesting a replacement module or a refund.

To deactivate module, you will need to send dongle to our office, attach a free-form request for deactivation, exchange or return, include all information how the module was purchased (from a dealer, through the portal, directly through the website) and specifying the details for the return.

P.S. It is impossible to deactivate the purchased module remotely via the Internet. This is not technically possible.
